You pay per seat, monthly or annually. Adding a seat is prorated; removing one credits the next invoice.
Uptime
99.9% on Team, 99.95% on Business, measured on the public status page. Credits are automatic.
Your data
Yours. We process it to run the service and for nothing else. Export any time; deletion within 30 days of closing the account.
